DUCTWORK: Design, manufacture and install all types of ductwork in galvanised mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium anywhere in the UK. With specifications ranging from DW144 to all welded. We also supply and install Spiral wound ductwork and ancillaries.
KITCHEN VENTILATION: Provide a full design service for the extract and make up supply air systems including stainless steel canopies & grease filters. Specialist Activated Carbon filtration systems for odour control can be incorporated together with annual inspection and replacement to comply with the Environmental Health and Planning requirements.
FUMECUPBOARD EXTRACTION: Full design and installation service including plastic ductwork, fans and specialist filtration systems. Through our associate company we can also provide the supply and installation of the fume cupboards. VENTILATION SYSTEMS: All types of ventilation systems designed and installed from heavy industrial to light commercial use. More and more public houses and restaurants need effective ventilation to reduce the threat of passive smoking and the possible litigation brought by employees.

KOOLDUCT: We provide a full technical service for the design manufacture and installation of pre-insulated ductwork. Koolduct is a high-density phenolic CFC free foam laminated between two layers of reinforced aluminium foil. The main advantages are its lightweight, air tightness, space saving and reduced heating and cooling costs. ENERGY EFFICIENT AND ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY:Fitted with some of the most efficient compressors, low running costs and minimal maintenance. The use of (ozone friendly) refrigerant R410A ensures that this system has zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential). In addition, near-silent operation is made possible by using an advanced fan and grille design, as well as a low noise mode to reduce noise levels to a minimum.
UPGRADING EXISTING R22 SYSTEMS TO EFFICIENT INVERTER MODELS: In general the upgrading of existing R22 systems to modern efficient R410A systems has been a difficult or expensive option. This is because the existing pipe work would either have to be replaced, or cleaned with dedicated specialist equipment. These actions are necessary as the chlorine residue from R22 system pipe work caused chemical reactions with the lubricating oils used in HFC compressors, the result being poor performance and system failure.
